The “Popeye” Spinach Smoothie

Refreshing, spicy and green. This smoothie is loaded with vitamin and minerals and is great for putting a little skip in your step…and perfect for St. Patrick’s Day!

       

       

       

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup spinach (stems removed)
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/3 banana
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, chopped
  • 2 tsp brown rice protein powder
  • 1 pack stevia (or agave nectar, honey or maple syrup)
  • ice

Blend. Enjoy.
